To be considered, applicants are asked to submit an abstract outlining their proposed presentation topic, poster contribution, workshop concept, or intended Summit engagement. All submissions will be reviewed by the program committee and included in the official selection process. Successful applicants will be contacted with further information regarding their participation and partnership package.

To apply, projects should submit an abstract describing their proposed poster, workshop topic, or project showcase. Each submission will be evaluated as part of the Summit's selection process to ensure relevance and alignment with the event objectives.
